We have moved client billing accounts to the new Nakroteck billing portal. Use the same email address on your Nakroteck account to sign in. If you have not set your password yet, choose Forgot password on the login page. If you already reset your password and can log in, no further action is needed.

A quick tour of the Nakroteck client area so you can find services, invoices, and support without clicking around.

The client area is where you manage everything you buy from Nakroteck. Here is what each section does.

The sidebar

  • Dashboard: a summary of your active services and any overdue invoices.
  • Services: your hosting plans, VPS, and dedicated servers.
  • Domains: every domain you own, with buttons to renew or change nameservers.
  • Invoices: paid and unpaid invoices, grouped so the most recent is at the top.
  • Support Tickets: open a new ticket or reply to an existing one.
  • Knowledgebase: you are here.

Common tasks and where to do them

  • Pay an invoice: click the invoice number under Invoices, then Pay now.
  • Change nameservers: Domains, then click the domain, then Nameservers.
  • Log into cPanel or Plesk: Services, click the hosting plan, then Log in to control panel.
  • Update your account details: your name in the top right, then Account Settings.

Notifications

The bell icon at the top shows service alerts: upcoming renewals, failed payments, and ticket replies from our team. Click it any time to catch up.
