Already receiving email elsewhere? Arrange your move with us before changing MX records. Ordering a plan does not transfer your existing messages.
A few things to know.
Do I need a website?
No. You need a domain you own, but you don’t need a website or website hosting. Domain registration is purchased separately.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. Use an email app that supports IMAP and SMTP, or open webmail in your browser. Your client area provides the server names, ports and encryption settings.
Is this Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No. This is hosted business email with webmail and standard mail-app access. Microsoft Office, Google apps and their licences are not included.
What if my domain already has email?
Contact support first so we can check your current service and agree on a move. Your existing messages do not transfer automatically, and changing MX records before setup can interrupt incoming mail.
Can I send newsletters?
These plans are for normal business correspondence. Use a dedicated email marketing service for bulk campaigns.
