Eligible WordPress hosting plans include SSL and scheduled daily account backups. You can also view site status and request supported backup actions from your Nakroteck client area.
Updates to core, plugins and themes run as tracked operations from your client area, and a snapshot is taken before each one. You can test changes on a staging copy first, and if an update misbehaves you can restore the pre-update snapshot from your client area.
Yes. After ordering, contact support with details of your current host. Our team will review the website, database, email, and DNS requirements and guide the migration to Nakroteck.
