If you have not set your password yet, choose Forgot password on the login page. If you already reset your password and can log in, no further action is needed.

Creating a new email mailbox

Add a new email address on your domain, like info@yourcompany.com, from cPanel or Plesk.

Your hosting plan comes with email. You can create as many mailboxes as your plan allows, at any address on your domain.

In cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel from the client area.
  2. Under Email, click Email Accounts.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Pick the domain, type the username (for example, info), and set a strong password.
  5. Set the mailbox size or leave it unlimited if your plan allows.
  6. Click Create.

In Plesk

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Click Mail in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Create Email Address.
  4. Fill in the username, password, and optional mailbox size, then save.

Access your new mailbox

  • Webmail: open https://yourdomain.com/webmail (cPanel) or the Plesk webmail link shown on the mail page.
  • Mobile or desktop app: follow our guide on setting up email on Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
